How do I register as a service provider?

Create a profile in the app, upload your
documents and complete your profile. Once your details are verified,
you can start receiving job requests.
Is there a fee to join CEYLNK?

No. Registration is free. We only take a small commission from
completed jobs to support the platform.
What documents do I need to provide?

You need a valid ID (NIC or Driving License), proof of skills or
experience and a profile photo. Educational certificates may be
required for some technical services.
How long does verification take?

Verification usually takes 24–72 hours after you submit your
documents. We will notify you once your profile is approved.
Can I choose which jobs to accept?

Yes. You have full control to accept or decline job requests based
on your availability and location.
How do I receive job requests?

Job requests will be sent through the app. You can view details,
confirm the job and communicate with the customer directly.
How do I get paid?

Customers pay you directly after the job is complete.
What if a customer cancels a job?

If a customer cancels before the job is started, payment will not be
processed. If you’ve already started the job and the customer
cancels, the situation will be reviewed and you may be eligible for
partial payment depending on the circumstances.
Can I update my service area or availability?

Yes. You can update your service area, availability and profile
information anytime from your account settings.
How do I improve my profile and get more jobs?

Complete your profile, upload clear photos, respond quickly to
requests and maintain good ratings. The more complete your profile
the more trust you earn.
